LMRHA Password reset

To reset your LMRHA password, please click here.

The LMRHA Self-Service Password tool will allow you to reset and unlock your LMRHA account.
You will need to first register to use this service, this requires your current password not to be expired.

  • User Registration - by clicking on this option and logging in with their LMRHA network username and password, staff at participating health services can register to use this service by setting up three security questions and solving a "captcha" request.  The first two security questions must be selected from pre-existing choices but the third question is at the user's discretion.
  •   It is not possible to reset passwords without already being registered
  • This option is not available on mobile devices.

If you wish to connect to the LMRHA VPN, please click here.

On Windows 10 machines, do not install the forticlient from the store, continue to use the one installed from Internet Explorer. This doesn't function correctly in any browser except Internet Explorer.
